Planterra Africa is a catalytic facility designed to bridge the gap between climate finance, financial institutions (FIs), and Agri-SMEs. We work at the intersection of climate finance, enterprise development, market access and policy to strengthen the resilience of agri-SMEs. The facility provides support by combining capital access, technical assistance, and market access to  enable agri-enterprises and financial institutions to drive sustainable transformation in food systems while improving livelihoods and advancing inclusive growth. Our work is grounded in evidence, shaped by partnerships, and focused on scalable solutions that close the climate resilience gap in one of Africa’s most critical economic sectors.
